Did you know that Idaho “ranks second to last in the nation in per capita income, and leads in percentage of minimum wage workers in its workforce?”

Knowing that there is a direct correlation between one’s level of education and earning, tackling Idaho’s low go-on rate seems like a logical starting point. Should we follow the paths of other states that have opportunities for their residents to advance their education, careers, and income?
