Teachers deserve our appreciation for their commitment to educating the next generation of Idahoans. It is a job with massive responsibility.
It isn’t an easy job when there are numerous requirements and expectations mandated at the national and or state level.
What would happen if some of the constraints on teachers were removed, and they were given more freedom to operate their classrooms and teach the class as they best see fit, with their own unique skills and interest, and adapting for the individual needs of each class?
